Alintex fully respects your personal privacy. We collect industry standard information to enable us provide you with better products and services. The following paragraphs describes exactly what information we track.

Sharing of Information with Third Parties

We do not share your personal information with third parties in any way. Any information submitted to us such as your name, e-mail address, postal address, etc. will not be released, sold or rented to any third-party individual or company and is kept strictly internal to Alintex.

Personal Information

If you opt to join one of our mailing lists, you will be asked to submit your name and e-mail address. You will automatically be added to our mailing lists when registering Alintex software. E-mail addresses on our mailing lists are not shared with any third parties.

Individuals on our mailing lists (newsletter and registered owners lists) may periodically receive informative e-mails about new Alintex products, upgrades, features, or promotions.

You may request to be removed from our mailing lists at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of each mailing.

If you would like to post a message in any Alintex Support Forum, at a minimum, you must enter your e-mail address. Although none of the information you enter is given to third-parties by Alintex, some of the information may be viewable by other users of the discussion forum software.

Upon purchasing our products, you may be required to submit some personal information such as your name, company name, postal address, and credit card billing information. This information (not including your credit card billing information) is saved in our user tracking system.

Non-personal Information

When visiting our web site, we track non-personal statistics such as the time you entered our site, what operating system and browser you are using, and what screen resolution you run at. This information is used purely for creating statistical reports on our web page usage.

Security

Whenever collecting personal information such as your address or credit card number for purchases, we use an encryption protocol named SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to handle all data transferred over the Internet. This method is an industry standard for protecting the privacy and integrity of transferred personal information.
